Graphics settings issue, crash when performing very first initiative inspiration

I used the ingame tool but you apparently shouldn't hit enter while working on your report because it gets sent immediately.

Issue 1 & 2 (present in current release build as well):
1. Start program
2. I am in some kind of weird graphics mode that's fullscreen (I think, possibly borderless windowed) but extends off the edge of the screen. (Issue 1: it doesn't seem like it should ever be in this graphics mode??)
3. Change graphics settings to windowed and small enough to fit on one monitor.
4. Play game.
5. Close program.
6. Goto 1 but now it's starting up at a variable window size/type that is not the one previously set. (Issue 2: graphics settings don't seem to be getting saved)

Issue 3:
1. Start program. Graphics settings wonky, as above.
2. Create a new game or select continue (if this isn't your first time through these steps).
3. First time at holy site.
4. Click inspire button.
5. Crash.

I have dual monitors, Radeon HD 7800, Steam install, Intel Core i5-3570k @ 3.40 GHz, DxDiag attached.

Thanks for reporting these issues and for playing the Beta! We are aware of the crash, this will likely get resolved very soon. The issue you have with the graphics settings seems very strange indeed. Could you maybe attach the abbeycore.txt file that gets created in the application folder together with the settings.ini file that is located in Documents/Godhood/userdata?
These seemed a little weird:

If I set r_restorewindow = true in the ini file it seems to maintain my settings on program restart. (AFAIK, I never changed this to false in the UI anywhere, and I definitely didn't modify the ini file directly before now :))
